Hands-On AI Training for Teams

Your team is experimenting with AI. We make it count.

We bring AI training directly to your office. One-day workshops, week-long deep dives, or ongoing coaching. Your team works on their actual projects with an experienced AI practitioner guiding every step.

Not a webinar. Not a slide deck. Your people, your tools, your real work problems, solved with AI by someone who does this every single day.

Book a Training Session

Free consultation. We design the training around your team.

The problem with self-taught AI.

Your team is already using AI. The question is whether they are using it well.

Everyone is doing their own thing

Half your team uses ChatGPT, a few tried Copilot, one person swears by Claude. Nobody is using the same workflows. Nobody is sharing what works. The result is scattered effort and no compounding knowledge.

They're spending time, not saving it

Without proper training, people spend more time wrestling with AI tools than the task would have taken manually. Bad prompts, wrong tools, and no one to tell them there's a faster way.

Generic tutorials don't transfer

Your team has watched the YouTube videos. They've read the blog posts. But knowing what AI can do in theory doesn't translate to applying it to your CRM, your compliance requirements, or your actual daily bottlenecks.

Bad habits spread fast

One person figures out a hacky workaround and shares it in Slack. Now the whole team is doing it wrong. Without a trained eye catching these patterns early, bad AI habits become the default.

Training that fits your schedule.

Pick the format that works for your team. Every session is customized to your industry, your tools, and your actual work.

What your team actually learns.

Specific skills applied to your real work. Not theory. Not overviews. Hands-on practice with the tools that matter.

Prompt engineering for real tasks

Not generic prompt tips. We work with your actual documents, emails, reports, and workflows to build prompts that produce useful output on the first try.

Building and using AI agents

Set up agents in Claude, ChatGPT, and custom platforms that handle multi-step tasks: research, analysis, drafting, and review. Agents that do real work, not demos.

AI-assisted coding

For technical teams: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and how to use them effectively. Writing better code faster without introducing the bugs that AI loves to create.

Document analysis and summarization

Turn long reports, contracts, and research into actionable summaries. Build workflows that process documents the way your team actually needs them processed.

Automating repetitive work

Identify the tasks your team does over and over. Build AI-powered automations that handle them. Email triage, data entry, report generation, status updates.

Security and privacy for enterprise AI

What you can and cannot put into AI tools. Data handling policies, compliance considerations, and how to use AI without exposing sensitive information.

When AI is the wrong tool

Not everything needs AI. We teach your team to recognize when a spreadsheet, a simple script, or a manual process is actually the better answer.

Building custom internal tools

Custom GPTs, internal chatbots, and AI-powered dashboards built for your specific business. Tools your team keeps using long after training ends.

Why your team can't learn this alone.

Self-guided AI learning fails for the same reason self-guided anything fails at the team level. It's unstructured, inconsistent, and nobody is there to tell you when you're heading in the wrong direction.

Generic tutorials miss your context

A YouTube video about ChatGPT doesn't know your CRM, your compliance requirements, or your team's actual bottlenecks. Coached training starts with your work and builds from there.

Team adoption requires practice, not presentations

Slide decks about AI don't change behavior. Hands-on sessions where people solve their actual problems with guidance in real time do. That's the difference between knowing about AI and using it.

An experienced trainer catches bad patterns early

Without a coach, someone figures out a workaround and shares it in Slack. Suddenly the whole team is doing it the hard way. A trainer spots these patterns and redirects before they stick.

Tool selection saves months of wasted effort

There are dozens of AI tools. Most teams only need two or three. A coach who works with these tools every day helps you pick the right ones and skip the rest, instead of letting everyone experiment in circles.

The ROI is in the application, not the knowledge

Knowing what AI can do is free. Every blog, podcast, and newsletter will tell you. Knowing how to apply it to your specific workflows, your team's real tasks, that is what saves hours every week. That requires a coach.

Tools we cover.

We train on the tools your team will actually use. Not every tool on this list will be relevant to your team, and that's the point. We help you pick the right ones.

Built for every team.

AI training is not just for developers. Every team in your organization has work that AI can improve. We customize the training to match.

Engineering Teams

AI-assisted coding with Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot. Code review workflows, test generation, and knowing when to trust the AI and when to override it.

Product Teams

Research synthesis, user interview analysis, PRD drafting, and competitive intelligence. Get product work done in half the time with the right AI workflows.

Marketing Teams

Content creation that doesn't sound like AI wrote it. Campaign ideation, audience research, copy variation testing, and brand voice consistency across AI tools.

Operations Teams

Process automation, report generation, data analysis, and document processing. The repetitive work that's eating your team's time every week.

Leadership and Executives

Strategic AI literacy. Understand what AI can and cannot do for your organization. Make informed decisions about AI investment without depending on vendor pitches.

Non-Technical Teams

HR, legal, finance, customer support. AI tools are not just for developers anymore. We train any team to use AI on their actual daily work.

How it works.

01

Book a free consultation

We talk about your team, your tools, and what you're trying to accomplish. 30 minutes. No pitch. Just figuring out if this is the right fit.

02

We design your training

Based on what we learn about your team's work, we build a custom training plan. The right tools, the right topics, the right pace. Nothing generic.

03

Your team learns by doing

We show up (in person or remote) and your team works on their actual projects with an AI coach guiding every step. They leave with working workflows, not just notes.

Common questions.

Both. We do in-office training where we physically show up at your location, and we do remote sessions over Zoom or Teams. The format depends on your team's location and preference. Most clients start with in-person for the initial training and switch to remote for ongoing coaching.

We work with teams of 3 to 50. For groups larger than 15, we typically split into smaller cohorts so everyone gets hands-on attention. The sweet spot is 5 to 12 people per session.

Laptops with the AI tools we'll cover (we'll send a setup guide beforehand). The most important thing is bringing real work: actual projects, documents, tasks, and workflows they want to improve. That's what we train on.

Pricing depends on the format, team size, and customization needed. Book a free consultation and we'll give you a clear quote. No hidden fees, no surprise upsells.

We've trained teams in finance, healthcare, legal, education, marketing agencies, SaaS companies, and government. The AI tools are the same. The application is different. That's why every training is customized.

Yes. Every training includes a module on data handling, privacy, and compliance considerations specific to your industry. We teach your team what they can and cannot put into AI tools, and how to set up workflows that keep sensitive data safe.

We handle mixed skill levels in every training. The curriculum is designed so that non-technical team members get practical AI workflows while technical members go deeper into coding tools, agents, and automation. Everyone learns something useful.

You keep everything: the workflows, the custom GPTs, the documentation. For ongoing coaching clients, we continue with regular sessions and async support. For one-day and one-week formats, we offer a follow-up check-in 30 days later to make sure everything stuck.
